Hi, I’m a private seller and someone has purchased 2 items. I’m happy to combine postage but this simple delivery system hasn’t calculated it.
Ive refunded the buyer the additional postage but because both items have separate postage labels I can’t mark the 2nd item as dispatched.
Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve?
I now know about the combined postage preferences I needed to have set up and have done this for future purchases, but that doesn’t help me with my current situation.
I really hope I don’t need to go through eBay customer service…we all know how long that takes!
