Combined Postage requested but no response from Seller

I have committed to buy 5 small very lightweight items from the same Seller. I have asked for a new invoice 3 times without response... they quote the P&P for each item as over £4, meaning I would have to pay over £20 for items that would constitute Large Letter weight. The sale price of all 5 items is £25 approx.

If I pay this 'exaggerated' P&P fee, would ebay arrange for reimbursement of the overcharge?

Thank you

Ebay would not repay the overpaid postage unless:

You are buying from a private seller

They are using Simple Delivery

They send all your items together so there are several unused labels.

(If it is a private seller using SD, they can't send you an invoice.  Can you give one of the item numbers?)

Then, Ebay should reimburse you for the unused labels but it can take quite a long time.

You should really have checked with the seller before bidding/buying that they could offer combined postage.
