Collection

I've sold an item, and I'm pretty sure the customer has put it though as delivery but wants collection. I can't see an option to 'swap' it to collection. I believe there is a qr code to scan but I can't find anything related to this in the app. 

Any help is appreciated!

You should cancel/refund the transaction (via the dropdown arrow for the item on your sold list) and relist as collection only for the buyer to buy again.
