I want to create a classified ad to sell a car but can only do buy.nobuy.now or aucion

Classified ad is best for vehicles. 

Listing fee, no final fee.

Buyers can come and see car (not possible for auction/BIN).

Buyers pay you cash or bank transfer, do not remove Listing until you are paid.

Are you trying to list as a classified but not getting that option?    Once you click on "Sell" and put in the title/make of your car, scroll down to LISTING FORMAT & PRICING, click on the dropdown arrow under the format heading and you should see  Auction,  Buy It Now or Classified.
