please can anyone tell me how to get to speak direct to an eBay agent, either me ringing them, or them ringing me.
I’ve got a complicated case that doesn’t fit any of their Help pages criteria so just seem to be going round and round in circles

Many thanks for your contact. Unfortunately, I’ve already tried going down that same route that your link provides, which brings up a choice of 8 subjects that you have to click on, and none of them fit my situation. I have previously clicked on one of those choices that was the closest, but that sent me down an incorrect path that just confused Ebay into taking inappropriate action. Therefore I am trying to start again where I don’t have to choose one of the eight choices that does not fit my circumstances. any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated for how I can get to speak to eBay.  And thank you again for your time. kind regards

Why not describe your issue here? Folks are very good at advising for tricky problems.

When I clicked on the link (8.09 Monday morning) it offered a callback with a 2 minute waiting time.

Worth trying again, or, as suggested, explain the issue here.
