Charged for listing items

Hi all i am a new seller I listed 22/23 items and I have been charged for all of them £0.35p so my account started in the - (red) ! I sold 3 items but only got the money for 2 ?

Your 35p charge was for short 3 day listings

Is the payment for the 3rd item showing in your account?

In seller hub, if you choose 'payments' and 'all transactions, you get a complete breakdown of all monies paid and deducted.  (Link below)

As advised, there is a charge for 3 day auctions.

You can list for 5, 7, 10 days without being charged.

Hi thanks for info no I never got the money ! So I pretty much gave a card away for free ! So do I have to post them for 7 days to stop this !

Any auctions listed for over 3 days are free, listings of 1-3 days are charged
