Changing postage costs & sizes

Hi, I am new to business selling on eBay (been a private seller for years) I am trying to list a new item and cannot find how to change from small parcel to large letter. I don't want to list it because eBay will charge £3.55 for postage instead of the £2.75 it should be. How do I change it please?

What it says in the help menu doesn't exist on my listing.😩

As a business seller, you don't have to use ebay postage.

You can set your own postage cost & use any carrier you want.

Hi, Thank you for your reply.  I'm happy with using Royal Mail and eBay but cannot find for the life of me how to change it.  Can you help me?

During the listing process you should be able to enter whatever postage you want.   If it is pre-filled delete whatever is there.    If it's not letting you do that try clearing cookies or using a different browser.
