Case Refund Disputed

Customer open a request that she didn't receive the item but when we check the tracking details and GPS coordinates it show that the product is deliver to her address and also have an image as a proof of delivery to her letter box but she open request and eBay refund her. eBay didn't ask me to submit the gps nav. Totally loss for me.The customer opened an 'Item Not Received' request, claiming she did not receive the package. However, when checking the tracking details and GPS coordinates, they clearly show that the product was successfully delivered to her exact address. I also have an image as proof of delivery, showing the item inside her letterbox. Despite this evidence, eBay closed the case and issued a refund to the buyer without checking the truth or asking me to submit the GPS navigation data. This is a total financial loss for me, and I request a full review under Seller Protection.

We are just other members like you, we can't review anything. There should be an appeal option in the case. 

 

Does tracking show delivery before the case was opened and did you enter the tracking into the case itself?  Ebay has to be able to see that evidence.

The tracking details clearly show that the item was delivered before the case was opened. Furthermore, the customer has explicitly confirmed via eBay messages that the delivery address is correct and the letterbox shown in the proof of delivery image belongs to her house. Since the buyer has admitted that the product was delivered to her own property, any missing item after this point is completely out of my control.

It doesn't matter what tracking shows if that tracking is not visible to ebay in the case itself.
