Cannot relist item, error 402?

Hello,

I am having some trouble relisting an item after the buyer was wanting me to send an item outside of the global shipping service. I decided to cancel as they were starting to pester me about it. I tried to relist the item after but it’s showing ‘Unable to open draft - error 402’? I had a Google and it mentions something to do with banking?

There are GSP issues on site,so best cancel the sale and relist using international post,letting the buyer know.

If you cannot relist, use list similar.
