I just want to cancel the process of buying an item from the seller I already submitted the offer towards his item . I am not satisfied with the item and its situation.

I want you to help me cancel this offer please knowing that I contacted the seller but no any response from him yet.

If it's too late no one can force you to proceed with a transaction if you don't want to.   If you don't pay one non-payment won't affect your account.
