Can't print new label after Failed delivery attempt.

Courier company (through ebay) sent item back to me after several failed 'delivery attempts'. Buyer says Evri did not in fact attempt delivery. Buyer and I have agreed to try again using a different courier company. 

Two things:

eBay won’t let me print another label.
Buyer has agreed to pay for new delivery. How do I facilitate that?

You can send the buyer a payment request if you both have paypal or they can pay you by bank transfer.

You won't be able to buy another label through Ebay and you will have to pay the new carrier direct.
