Can’t add tracking

I always send my parcels directly from the post office. I have just posted my lasted parcel but there is nowhere to add my tracking number. I am worried I won’t get paid if there is no proof of delivery. This has never happed before

Can’t add tracking

There has been a technical issue whereby tracking has to be entered manually it's not being done automatically when using Simple Delivery.

 

If you are not able to do this contact Customer Services,  they will add it for you.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

 

Under Simple Delivery once tracking shows delivery your payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.  With no tracking,  your payout is released after 14 days.
