A buyer recently asked to return a laptop saying that they item was defective and not as described. He sent photos which showed a dent, but wouldn't clarify where the dent was so that I could check my photos.
The item was sent back to me, and after careful checking, I could see that it wasn't defective in any way. No dent. I appealed the refund and sent Ebay several photos. I even offered to have a call with them so that I could show the 'live' that the laptop wasn't damaged, but eBay did not find in my favour. How do I make another claim? This man has clearly just decided that he didn't want the item and I am being penalised for his poor behaviour.
