Can I do more about a return?

I sent an item to a buyer 'Simple Dispatch'.

Tracking on the item states that the item was delivered to a neighbour.

A few days later the item arrived back with me. The end of the package had been opened.

I have messaged the buyer please could they check their address on ebay and then I will try and get a new label and re-send the item.

I have had no response to my messages sent several weeks ago.

Is there anything else that I can do? I still have the item in the original opened packaging.

You cannot get a new Simple Delivery label.

Best way forward here is to refund the buyer then relist the item if they ,or someone else wishes to buy the item, as they are not replying to your messages.

Cancel the order selecting Problem with Buyer's Address.  This fully refunds the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

Send the buyer another message explaining what you have done,  and their refund will go back to their payment source, which if paid by a card payment,  can take 30 days to appear in that account.
