Hi, I sold a large item and stated it was collection only, the buyer bought and paid for the item (£20) it has now been 3 months they have not collected it and won’t reply to my messages, what can I do? Thank you
It's too late to cancel and refund officially so you'd have to refund by sending as payment using something like Paypal. You'd have to ask them for their details. If they won't reply maybe keep it as storage payment.
