Buyer wants to cancel

Buyer want to cancel the order and I already purchased the postage label. Asked for the label refund and was waiting for the funds to clear. The cancellation request got passed by 3 days and now unable to accept it or raise a new one. EBay changed promotion fees so I am effectively out of pocket. What shall I do?

You should still be able to cancel the order, what message comes up when you try to do that via the blue button on this eBay guidance page:

It says:

A cancellation already exists

You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order.

I then go to see the cancellation request and get this message:

We could not proceed with the cancellation request because you did not respond within the three days. Please contact the buyer.
