Hi how do I report a scammer, they asked me via eBay to send them a video of the product to review condition (stupidly I did) they’ve then send me messages it appears via email pretending to be eBay paying payments been made and is on hold. I made them aware that until eBay had updated payment info it wouldn’t be shipped It’s now obvious that they are fraudulent but I can’t find any way to report etc

Your posting is liable to be removed or edited by the moderators because your screenshots give the full name and address of the member you are claiming is a scammer.
As a new seller the message was correct that your payment will be held by eBay as a security precaution for up to 30 days, shorter if you upload the tracking number and the item is recorded as delivered.
If the buyer has paid you will receive a separate message from eBay to confirm this, and inform you that the item can now be dispatched to the buyer. Don't do so until you receive this, and have taken advice as below.
The message you have purportedly received from an eBay rep. should be disregarded. eBay reps do not reply from gmail addresses! You can inform eBay of this by contacting customer support for advice - although it can currently be difficult to get through!

No there’s nothing there and they emailed me on a eBay payment confirmation that ended with a gmail email, I’ve since received an email threatening to take legal action

You can ignore it. It sounds like a last-chance attempt to scare you into delivering this item before eBay investigates and closes their account.

I agree with @red_magpie , you can safely ignore your 'buyer'. They do tend to start off nice, then get aggressive when they realise that they're not getting anywhere.
After 4 days you will need to cancel that order as unpaid.
