Buyer makes offer, I accept, he offers cash on collection, I say no and that's the last I hear from

I had a message from a buyer making me an offer for an item I am selling. I accepted his offer and he then said he wanted to pay cash on collection. I said no to that and he then said he would go through E Bay with an offer. That was the last I heard from him/her. Do I have any redress ??

If he has bought it by accepting your offer you can cancel in 4 days for non payment and he will get a non payment strike.
