Buyer left me negative feedback

Hello all, 

Could you please advise or help, I listed a bundle of toys (lalaloopsey)for sale which where sold I decribed the items accuratley and insured the items where clean and packaged well prior to postage.

 

The buyer recived the items and at no point contacted me prior to leaving the following negative feedabck: Sold me dolls with chewing gum all over the back of their clothes and said they were in great condition.

Now as already stated I inspected the dolls and seen no chewing gum and I did not decribe on the listing that the items where in great condition, so this statement is false.

Regardless I reached out to the seller to offer a full refund and also if they could send me evidence of this they refused and said they where keeping the items,they then ignored all my other communication top resolve. I submitted to them a request to remove the negative feedback which they declined. I then asked Ebay to review this negative feedback and they also refused.

Is there anything I can do legally to get this removed as it is 100% untrue and is wrong that this can jsut happen with no evidence and incorect  feedback.  thanks you for your help in advance.

It might be worth contacting Ebay Customer Services again.

Get a callback using the link below in the morning when you are most likely to be talking to Dublin.

Ask them to look at the evidence that you offered to accept a return of the items and the buyer's refusal.

They may still say no, but I would try.
