Buyer didn’t pay the correct amount for item

Hello

i I just sold an item for £153 but the buyer just transferred £0.01 after receiving it in the post.

I thought eBay have this all covered. I was told to post it by eBay and the money would then reach my account when the buyer received the item.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check for the item on your sold list.   It will also say there is it's been paid for.   If so the money may be held for 30 days which is usual for new sellers.

that sounds like a micro deposit to your account by eBay to verify your account - have you fully signed up to managed payments?
