I have had two people recently say they have not received their items, so I have sent the tracking numbers, but what else can I do if Royal Mail say it's been delivered but the app says it hasn't?

Are they items that have been sent with just a stamp on or letter size items?

I was not aware that such items could be tracked.  Are you looking on the RM website to confirm delivery?

I would also double check that you are only sending items to the address shown in 'delivery details' in your sold items/orders.  The address on the invoice from Ebay is not necessarily the address to send to.

Final question!  If you are sending items using a tracked service, do you always add the tracking details to the sold item on Ebay?

The items are sent through RM and I am given a tracking number, however, I
haven't been adding the number, so I have had to update the tracking the I
have received the message about the buyer saying it has not been received.

You need to add the tracking when you send the item otherwise the Ebay system will be unaware that items have been delivered.
