Buyers are making Buy Now offers for an item of mine but the offers are being automatically rejected despite being higher than the figure I entered as the lowest offer I would consider. A buyer has been messaging me which is how I know the Buy Now offers aren’t being sent to me. Why is this happening? How can it be rectified? I’ve tried using the help bot but it just goes round in circles and won’t connect me to a human being!

It's a flat fee of up to 10p per item + 7% of the item price up to £20, and 4% of any portion of the item price from £20 to £300.
When you enter the item price during the listing process it will say next to it what that price plus the BP fee comes to.

Is your minimum allowing for the buyer protection fee?

Thanks, Peaseblossom. The price I entered as the Buy Now price was the figure I wanted to receive. I didn’t know I had to factor in the buyer protection fee in that figure. So I will now get less money than expected. Where is there a table showing how much one actually needs to ask for in order to receive the desired amount?

I don’t recall seeing anything during the listing process showing that what I would receive was different to what I was asking. I’ll know for next time! Thanks for your help.
