I bought a product as a Christmas present.
It stopped working last wk.
I have sent a msg to the seller, who is still selling the product.
But keep getting a msg saying the seller cant receive msgs.
I cant open a case with with ebay as its over 30 days, all I can find is contact seller which I have done but they cant receive msgs , I've never known that before.

The messaging system has been suffering some issues for some. Try to send one from the seller's current listings, far right ' Contact Seller'.
Was this a Brand new item sold from a UK seller, who offered a guarantee on this item? If not, it's truly not worth trying to contact this seller, as you say 30 days have passed so you cannot claim anything from eBay , you may be still in time to try your payment provider most offer a 120 day payment protection policy, but I fear you may be too late here too.

Was this a UK seller selling a new item with a guarantee that they are now not upholding? Then, you can contact Citizens Advice if you wish to take this further.

If you bought from a business seller, there will be contact details on all of their listings which may include an address, an email address and a phone number.
If you can't contact them through Ebay, and not all sellers accept messages, then use an alternative method.
If you google 'their online name' + Rainford + contact. you will find their online store and an email address.
