Did you use Simple Delivery?

If you did, then the buyer should start a return case stating that the item arrived damaged.

Ebay will deal with the case,

If you used your own postage, you will need to refund the buyer and make a claim against the carrier.

The buyer should open a case/return.

As long as they use the reason 'arrived damaged' Ebay will refund them and you will keep their payment.

However, if this is the third time an item has arrived broken, you need to think about how you pack fragile items. I would say they need to be double boxed inside very sturdy boxes with lots of packing.

If you are using Evri and they are not looking after your sold items, change your settings to Royal Mail only,

It was very well packed. I used to work in the parcel business and it’s disgusting the way they treat parcels
