NEW postage app: Not Accepting it! your app doesn’t work!
Absolutely shocking behaviour from eBayUK, leaving my customers yet again with no explanation on the delivery and us/sellers with no postal choice/options. This is exactly what happened when ‘simple delivery’ was first introduced. absolute nuisance.
It’s unprofessional and petty - I’m assuming eBay is now starting their own postal services to grab all the money that we’re paying to Royal Mail? I’m sorry, but I’m not accepting it.
Have you got nothing else to do, eBayUK?
Here is my suggestion:
Instead of chopping and changing things that worked for years, why don’t you find a professional web design designer, who could actually listen to the sellers and the buyers and who come up with a decent Workable Interface for the listings?
Your seller hub is absolutely useless.. Your app is absolutely useless.
Your attitude towards your Buyers is unacceptable. At the end of the day, we are - the EBay community and we are making your profits.
How difficult is it to understand that simple fact?
Let me put it in a simple words: Stop this nuisance about the new postage service services. I am not using your app. It is absolutely useless.
