Battery issue

I purchased a battery last year, as it had a good reputation.  This has been used last year while camping with a solar system perfectly fine.   I have gone to check it out having put it in the garage over the winter and it no longer working.  I have tried to charge it and it will not hold charge.  I have tried, as recommended, to get the BMS started with a battery to battery.  The photos have been sent to seller, they have requested a video, which i have done in two different formats and they seem to be fobbing me off.  they have said they cant read them so I have asked for their email to send direct and they are not willing to send it.  Has any one else had a similar experience?

Battery issue

You have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay, same for PayPal.

If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.

Unfortunately, for items bought that long ago, you're way out of time to pursue a refund.

If your seller is a UK registered business seller you may want to take some free advice for Citizens Advice regarding pursuing this via a legal claim.
