I sent an item and arrived smashed, obviously the buyer isn't happy and wants a refund!
It's the first time I have had an issue and tbh I would like anyone feedback on the way forward for me to resolve this? I am in need of help.

Assuming you used Simple Delivery, in case of loss or damage in transit eBay refund the buyer and you keep the payment. So ask the buyer to open an “Arrived damaged” claim.
