When I contacted support, I was informed that the reason could not be disclosed and that the account would remain deactivated. This is very concerning for me, as I have not engaged in any selling activity or violated any policies to my knowledge.

I am willing to provide any documents or verification required to confirm my identity and comply with eBay policies.

I kindly request you to reconsider my case or guide me on how I can resolve this issue.

We re only other users like yourself and can't help with account restrictions. 

The bad news is that if your restriction is indefinite this means permanent and is unlikely to be revoked. If eBay associates any other user with your account, for example anyone living at your address, their account is also liable to be restricted.

All you can do is contact customer support. Good luck, but other users in this situation have told us that eBay won't even discuss it. Your best hope is that the term "inactivated" is less final, and can still be resolved.
