Anyone else have problems with e-bay getting back to then within 72 hours

raised queries with e-bay through the automated chat and took ages. Asked same questions over and over only to be told it would be passed to 'relevant team. One week later i'm still waiting for a reply

Delays in getting a reply from eBay are not exactly unknown!
