I am contacting you regarding Exclusive Airbag Kit Dashboard Seatbelts Module Complete.
The main dashboard (large fascia) has already been installed on the vehicle. Only after installation, my mechanic discovered that the other components from the kit are not usable. The seatbelts are full of water and mud, blocked and rusted, which clearly indicates the parts came from a flood damaged vehicle.
At this moment, even the dashboard itself cannot be confirmed as fully functional until all components are installed and the job is completed. Because the rest of the kit is defective, the vehicle cannot be finished or safely used. I am currently blocked with the car due to the seller supplying parts from a flooded vehicle.
I have tried to resolve this directly with the seller, but communication has been delayed and no fair solution has been offered. The seller is dragging the situation and this has caused additional problems and delays.
There are already costs involved for installation and future removal of the parts, and I am very unhappy with the situation. This item was not as described and represents a serious safety issue.
I am requesting eBay to review this case and assist with a proper resolution, as the fault lies with the seller and the supplied parts are unsafe and unusable.
