Can anyone help?  I've phoned custom service and they do not have a clue. (or understand my issue)

When I try to make a ad -  (Promoted Listings General) on the left hand side it tells you your ad rate, # good, great, poor and so on. mine is not working? it says

Your ad rate impact could not be calculated.

The system is unable to calculate the estimated impression share at this time.

Please help as customer service say this is normal? I have never seen this before in 5 years...

Is it that important, I find the figures are meaningless?
