Account restricted

I received 4-5 return requests. I am waiting for to get item received from buyers. My ebay account has been restricted due to those returns and ebay want  me to sortout by 8th March but returning item  date is up to 18th march. Please help

Have you accepted the returns & issued returns label?

Although as a business seller, ebay normally automatically do this.

You have several feedbacks saying items are poor quality or fake.

Check you seller dashboard for defects.

Unless you sort it, ebay may permanently suspend you.
