Hi i sold the above item on 3rd March and the buyer asked could he please collect this from my house and i agreed. 

I am just struggling to remove post now by the 5th March when the person has already received the item and i have been paid.

How can i resolve this please thank you Tara Mason

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).    It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).
