100 extra listings

I pay £19.99 a month for an extra 100 listings on Ebay.

Today I was refused when I asked for refund as I had not used any 

of the listings in the period Jan 1 2026 to Jan 31 2026.

Why I asked for refund is because I am suspended and can't list anything.

I was told I pay for subscription and I must pay whether I use or not.

Who wants to pay for something the are forced not to use?

eBay don't issue refunds for shop subscriptions or listings once the time period has passed, it needs to be cancelled as soon as you're aware that you're not going to be able to use that service/subscription.

For example, if you have an eBay shop subscription but don't list anything for months you can't get a refund retrospectively.
