This is new I am seeing this on my feed back page, what does it mean?

You can find the item’s listing details next to each Feedback you’ve received. Details for private listings or items you purchased are hidden from visitors to your Feedback profile.

It means what it says. No-one can see what you sold on a private listing and no-one other than you can see what you bought.

so if all my listings are private then no one can see it
