I have a enquiry about a messange a buyer sent, I can see he left positive feed back but I cant see the rating that was left on that one item.
he wrote "Sorry I think I left the wrong rating for the car, it should have been 5 stars each" how do I see this info and go about getting him possible mistake corrected.
