unrecieved item

hi i posted 10 items to different people one customer said they didnt recieve they didnt contact me just went to ebay for refund i have the tracking number i dont understand why ebay gave them full refund when ebay told me i had till 8th to sesolve it and ebay repaid and closed the case im not happy everybody else got there parcels from that day

Just because 9 people received their items does not mean the 10th did. That is not very logical thinking.

 

If the buyer opens a Not Received Case, you should have 8 days in which to refund, the buyer cannot escalate until day 9 when ebay take over. You say you have a tracking number, didn't you mark it on the item when you marked as dispatched. If not didn't you enter into the Case and what does the tracking say?

 

I don't know any of the dates, you do not give them, but if you tried to close the case that would cause an immediate refund, no refund of selling fee and a defect.
