how can i get unfair feedback removed , buyer opened resolution centre before i could even reply to inital message, they recived the item in post as we were messaging , i suggested messaging me before opening resolution centre next time as it withholds the sellers funds untill the resolution is closed , was called rude in feedback for this, item was one day later than the estimated delivery which was stated in my negative feedback, i despatched the goods the minute the post office opened at 8:30am the next morning as item was purchased at 7:30pm previous night, and sent correct first class as stated in my listing , its my first time i ever recived such feedback and the buyer i feel is being totally unreasonale
