two year warranty issue, I bought a blender in January. it broke two weeks ago .

I have been trying to get a replacement part, contacted the seller they agreed to replace, then nothing, they don't reply to emails nothing is happening, Ebay are usless the help just goes in circles nothing is happening,

I bought this one as two previous were no good , I settled on this one because it had a 2 year warranty  but that is not happening. I just want the part replaced not much to ask,

Neither eBay nor Paypal offer any guarantees or warranties on items,  just that the item is as described on receipt,  if not,  you have 30 days to claim for a full refund under their 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

Sellers can promise all sorts,  but promises cannot be enforced a case for a refund can be enforced.

If you are within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery,  then open a case for item not as described from the Resolution Centre.  Seller has to pay for the fully tracked return postage if they want their item sending back.

If they do not accept and refund within 3 days,  escalate on day 4,  and eBay step in and fully refund you.

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise the slleer may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

In the sellers original listing it clearly states 2 year warrant so you are telling me that that means nothing its a load of cods wallop so I paid extra to get a blender with a warrany and you say you cannot not do anything, well I might have to start going else where to get my goods thanks .

I am a seller like yourself, I do not work for eBay, so all I can do is to relay their policies, they are a selling platform nothing more, any guarantee a seller gives is as valid as you can enforce it.

If this was sold from a UK registered business you have grounds to follow through by contacting Trading Standards and, or Citizens Advice.

If from a Private seller you cannot claim if it went over eBay's timeline of 30 days.  Same as if you say ,  sold a toaster,  and that buyer came to you 60 days later insisting a refund because it now failed to work,  you would not be liable here.
