Ebay's own records are often slow to update, but they shouldn't show delivery to the wrong town and postcode!
It could just be a glitch - weekends are often a bad time for eBay - so it may correct itself tomorrow.
If it doesn't, you may have to contact customer support. The worry isn't just that your payment is being held, it's which tracking record eBay would check if the buyer claimed it hasn't arrived. "Item not received" cases are determined by the tracking record.
By the way, it would be wise to revise your listing for weight plates before a buyer complains that they expected all three! If you don't, this is 100% certain to happen! Your picture shows three weight plates. Your heading refers to weight plates (plural). But your description, in much smaller print, says the listing is for one plate only. People won't read this - many buyers don't look beyond the picture! Incidentally, you will also have to revise your listings to accept returns, as business sellers are required to do by law.
