Hi

Stupidly posted off item with first receiving payment( there was 100% pos feedback - ebay slow to pay and I have limited opportunity to get to PO). Tried to raise a complaint but ebay ( and my error) cancelled the transaction. So no Item and No paymenmt and not even the ability to leave neg feedback as a warning. Ebays suggested solution - send them a PAYPAL invoice... so they want me to use Paypal whereas they wont.. unbelievaable.. gets worse each day I am afraid.

Sorry, but as you admitted, it was your error.

You could have opened unpaid case & got fees back.

Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers.

Best learn from it & move on.

Thanks Sensi. I have learned but I am still out of pocket. I note no comment on paypal instruction given by ebay or that most payments are now delayed. So another thing learned is that ebay are getti9ng worse and greedier not better.

Everyone agrees that paypal was better, but we have to accept MP or not sell on ebay, Catch 22.
