seller performance status

My seller performance level has gone from really good to very poor because 2 members asked for returns to be sorted and then never sent items back so they have still been sold in my opinion. I was also given negative feedback for an item that has been miskeyed in at £1.00 when it should have been £10.00 are we not eleigible for human error.

I also have had 3 items that when it came to sending were seen to have faults and I dont send faulty items so I had to cancel the orders down and this has gone against me also.

At times it seems Ebay just wants to raise hell with the sellers and the buyers get away with everything else.

I dont currently pay for listings due to the rules but I do pay out when items sell so surely I should get some sort of customer service from Ebay.

It is just not fair and sucks big time !!!
