Seller accepted offer and I received automated invoice which included postage costs. Prior to making offer I clarified with seller that collection was possible, therefore saving on postage costs. Despite requesting a new invoice being issued less postage, the seller has not responded to three emails already sent. Now I may have an unpaid strike against my account if I do not pay and possibly negative feedback. Any advice?
Did the seller actually agree to collection? Some sellers do not want buyers coming to their home. If they did not agree you should either pay the postage or accept the non-payment strike on your account. Sellers cannot leave neg feedback for buyers. You can apply to remove a neg comment on the positive rating.
