I think I brought something that’s a scam

It is virtually for a buyer to lose money, have you read the Money Back Guarantee (top right of every listing). So long as not a Car and you are within 30 days of purchase you can get your money back.

Only person to lose money is the seller.

However you must give more details if you cannot sort out yourself.

Thanks for your reply. Ok so I’m normally really cautious with things like this but I took my eye of the ball, it’s a gaming/computer chair the price was good maybe to good the seller has no feedback only just joined but comes up with 69 sold, it says it has a money back guarantee, any help would be great thanks

If you bought it through eBay checkout then you have the protection of the money back guarantee. Read it so you know what to do and when by, there are deadlines that can't be moved. It does have the hallmarks of a potential scam but you only get scammed if you go away from the safe ways of buying.
