Ive been scammed how to I speak to ebay uk to sort it out ? with thanks

There is very little chance of speaking to eBay as their phones are closed [in Philippines] due to current situation.  

You very rarely need to speak to eBay as the tools are there for you to use.  It's simple and if you tell us the problem we can advise what to do. 

It's very rare that people are "scammed" as there is a remedy
