I returned a Goophone to the seller as it didn't work, he wasn't happy but accepted the return which got to him today. This evening I received an email from E-bay telling me that the seller has said that the screen on the phone is broken!!! Apparently I have to wait now for E-bay to make a decision, there is nowhere for me to answer this? I always take photos before posting anything to prove condition etc and I have photos of the phone before I wrapped it and wrapped too, with date, proving that the screen wasn't broken at the time of sending, what can i do about this?
