returning a item

hi not very good on computor,so need help please i am sending a item back to seller which was suplied  wrong

got on to e bay which opened a return for me  i think i paid return post and thay sent a picture of a post sticker to print or e mail, but i dont have a printer,can i take a photo of it and take to post office to get sticker  to put on my parcle,its going by royal mail

You must use the Ebay Label. It has a Postal Tracking Number linked to your Case so EBay will know when the Seller has it back.  You need to find a Friend or Relation to Print it off for you. They need to Log into Ebay through Google Chrome to Print it off. If the Seller does Not Refund when they have the Item back. Ask Ebay to Step in by Escalating the Case. They will Force the Refund.
