Hi I have bought some stainless steel cover sills for my Mercedes. And arrived damaged I am having trouble with the seller to exchange the item. I started a return on eBay and closed it when a friend called round and tried to reopen it after my friend left and I found that I can't reopen it. I phoned eBay and they told me that I can't reopen it. Can anybody please help me with this situation. Thanks Jonathan.😢
