return from buyer

I have accepted return from buyer and refunded them.  However he can not print returns label which i have paid for ??? 

Obviously no way of getting in touch with ebay, so where do i go from here?

They can buy their own postage at the post office and after you get the item you  can refund the postage by sending a payment from your Paypal account.    If the original label is not used you won't be charged for it.
