how do I respond to offer on otem i am selling ?
if the offer has been made properly there will be a link where you can either accept, counter, or decline the offer.
Do you really think that for the expensive items you are selling, First Class Signed For postage is appropriate?
That only covers items up to £50 in value.
That is a dead give away to scammers as if you don't know how to protect yourself, then they will be after your items for FREE. Sort out the postage asap, and do not get involved in any offers made by messages, particularly if they are asking for your paypal email.
You will get a message through eBay messaging telling you you have received a Best Offer. There will then be 3 options, Accept / Counter Offer / Decline.
Do not consider asccepting any offers offered any other way, it will be against eBay rules, and could give you selling restrictions.
You may not be aware but as you haven't Sold anything for 12 months your Payments will be on a PayPal Hold for 21 days. Add Tracking to Dispatch and your Payments will be released about 3 days after Delivery.
Do check that the Payment is safely in your PP Account before Posting.
